Was reassured it would be no big deal and they would make a custom styrofoam encasement if needed or take care of shipping it by freight with the weight of the package. They shipped the 90lb package with 1/2 inch styrofoam board and didn’t secure the items in the box tightly. The item sloshed around in the box and destroyed everything - the styrofoam, the air pillows. Everything arrived broken, bent, ruined. They 100% knew better and just didn’t care. Completely disappointed and will absolutely never do business there again.
