Called customer service (january 29th), spoke to a really nice guy who told me that message was false since they didn’t even attempt to deliver my package that day and it should be out for delivery the next day (january 30th). Checked package the next morning and didn’t show it was out for delivery so i called customer service AGAIN and they couldn’t give me an explanation as to why they’re all of the sudden saying it’s an incorrect address, but could only put a ticket in for me stating the address is correct. THEY SHOULD KNOW ITS CORRECT SINCE THEY’RE CONSTANTLY DELIVERING HERE. literal bull crap.
