This issue isn’t specifically their fault, but represents the incompetence of their company as a whole, And while I am not blaming anybody specifically who works at this site, I think that working for the company probably says a little bit about them. I had a package ordered, and I paid for the premium expedited shipping. The order shipped Monday morning, From Oregon. Monday evening I called the customer service number just to check on my package and make sure I could pick it up at the fedex center. The customer service robot lied to me and said that the package should be ready for pick up at 9 AM Tuesday. Well come Tuesday I called to make sure my package is there in my great surprise it’s not. It took me so long To get the AI customer service to hook me up with somebody who’s actually a real person the woman on the phone is very kind and helpful but not much words can do when you’re relying heavily on FedEx‘s expedited shipping that falls through. This Has cost me money and time, and My customers had been relying on the shipping as well so that we can all see this project completed. I I know I’m frustrated but when FedEx charges $60 plus to ship a package overnight and can’t complete that task, It’s understandable. Also know that I’m not the only one reading through these reviews. It seems like FedEx doesn’t always care about their customer satisfaction the way a good company should.
