- AAAllyJul 17, 20251.0Absolutely horrible customer service. I needed just a couple pieces of tape and usually they're so kind. But the lady working yestersay wanted a whole role to be purchased I reiterated I only needed a couple pieces and she pushed over a roll of tape without saying anything so I said thank you and used it. She charged me for the tape. Her whole attitude was entitled and demeaning and should not be working with customers. Told her to keep the tape and next time someone only needs a piece or two to be kind and let them use it.

The mail was delivered here for years, and now we get out mail delivered to our neighbors house. our packages get left on the ground in inclement weather. I see the post man waking all over and doesnt seem that walking my mail around back to my house is asking a whole lot or expecting anything less than the security of my mail and packages
