Even after they say that I don't need to do anything with the update, "It's just something we have to send out to everyone. You don't need to do anything. We know who you are." - Said the blonde. Now they deny it all and are trying to charge extra fees. I'll be filing a formal complaint with the postal inspector. This is BS.

The air freshener is so strong it sets off a migraine every time. I have to rely on my husband to pick up the mail. I have a package waiting and I can't just go grab it. People in wheelchairs are not the only disability that should be considered for accessibility.
