I spoke with Terrie, who answered all my questions and set up an appointment for me to come in, turn in my application and have my photo taken. The appointment was completed very quickly and Terrie was very friendly and professional. Her efforts made the whole process easy and pleasant. Many thanks for everything, Terrie!
