- MWMary WildeyApr 2, 20255.0Today I went to the Florence post office for an appointment to apply for a US Passport. I had contacted them to ask how to apply and what documentation would be required. I spoke with Terrie, who answered all my questions and set up an appointment for me to come in, turn in my application and have my photo taken. The appointment was completed very quickly and Terrie was very friendly and professional. Her efforts made the whole process easy and pleasant. Many thanks for everything, Terrie!

The 2 employees that work the front have been dishonest about delivering mail that was never delivered. Missing jewelry, missing gifts, broken packages and lots of excuses. For a post office in a town with only 1K, that's pathetic.
