- AUA UApr 9, 20241.0Abysmal experience trying to contact the local carrier on the given telephone number. I was simply trying to call to try to curb the amount of mail I get addressed to random people WHO DO NOT LIVE IN MY HOUSE. Yet I found myself in some sort of recursive menu nightmare by calling the listed phone number. Can I PLEASE just talk to a representative who can slow down the torrent of mail order catalogs I get sent to my door with the names of people I've never met?

I order items online very regularly, and almost every single time in the past year this office has either delayed, misplaced, or otherwise improperly handled my packages. Between our mail courier not delivering until 2-4pm in her personal vehicle with no uniform, to the people in the office having no idea how to hold a package, I have had nothing but problems. The latest genius move was applying a change of address form to our entire address, not just the names listed. They then shipped a week's worth of orders to the wrong address. Now on top of delays I also have financial ramifications due to late delivery. If incompetence and ignorance were criminal charges, this entire staff would be facing life in prison. Please share your honest stories or nothing will ever change. I personally have filed multiple complaints and will continue to do so. This has to stop. Mail cannot be late or undelivered simply because people are too lazy to care.
