Even when they’re understaffed and super stressed they are always great customer service agents. The Hamilton post office could so learn from them. So glad that they are my town Post Office and that’s where I get to go. Thank you!!

I mailed something out as media mail, and she threatened to open it up and send it back because it "did not feel like a book". She needs to read the terms for media mail. Just go to Victor Post Office and avoid the hassle if you can.

I had a certificate delivered yesterday, it came in a cardboard envelope that said in large letters on the front “ Certificate enclosed- Do NOT BEND”, yet it was folded in half and shoved in my PO BOX. The trashes are always overflowing. The flat rate boxes are always empty . Disappointing service.
