I accidentally left my phone at home and asked the lady at the front desk if she could just type in any Helena zip code to pull up the cost. She said she didn't know any Helena codes and couldn't look it up. Are u kidding me???? You work in a Post Office!! U should have that memorized and I definitely don't believe that she couldn't look it up. Everytime I deal with this woman she is difficult. I don't get why she's allowed to behave the way she does and get away with it. I'd love to be able to talk to her boss and let him/her know how difficult she is!!
