- STSherry ToavsApr 10, 20261.0Too bad there is not a 1/4 star they are lucky to get one. We forwarded our mail from December 1, 2025 to April 1, 2026 to Arizona. Took forever to start forwarding, gave them plenty of notice, seems that for the 4 months that we wanted forwarded we still received mail in Columbia Falls and some in Arizona. Totally inconsistent. Luckily had one of my kids available to check the mail and let us know. What a total joke. As we made trips back to Columbia Falls we would stop in and ask them to rectify the situation. We were only told that "we know its bad" "not much they can do". All I can say is wow. Feel sorry for anyone moving that totally needs this service.

Then when I said I was going to complain about him as well he kicked me out. Refused to give me his name(really old guy with white beard and a limp). Complete wrong person for that job. My taxes pay his salary and that’s not his personal shop, it’s the USPS and a certain level of professionalism is required. If u hate your job, quit!!!! U r not wanted.
