- JHJames HennessyOct 15, 20251.0I am a small business owner that receives packages daily. I’m also a dog owner which apparently do not work together according to the Columbia Falls Postal Service. Today my pregnant wife went to pick up packages for me and our business and was screamed at by the post master. We get attempted delivery slips daily so it’s almost impossible to know which ones have been picked up or not. USPS refuses to deliver packages to our house because we have dogs. We were also told (yelled) that my wife can’t pickup packages for me or our business due to the divorce rate. The postal service has one job and it’s to deliver mail and they can not do that. Unfortunately I can not choose what service I’m sent mail through but if I could I would NEVER pick USPS.
