  Sometimes the copy machines will cooperate and print what you need. Most of the time, don't ever plan on asking for help. The Copy desk employees do their best to ignore you, when you get their attention they won't look at you, make sure you know that you are an imposition, and claim to not be able to help you with their machines.

  Kelly and Nik were amazing to work with! I had originally ordered my project from another company, but when it arrived, it looked nothing like what I expected. With only one day before my event, I called Staples, and Kelly went above and beyond to make sure everything was printed correctly and on time. I had a super tight turnaround, and both Kelly and Nik worked hard to make it happen and it turned out amazing! Thank you both so much for saving the day!

  Extremely rude staff at the print section. Will not be back. I called 2 hours before I needed ONE page printed. He said he was too busy to print it. I asked nicely and he did not want to help. Earlier that day I was in trying to use the self printer and he was not willing to offer to help. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this was extremely rude and someone who does not care to do there job

  The products that were looking for at Staples were three times higher than everywhere else so I left the store very dissatisfied and went to the competitor which have better prices. The staff was good they sent me in the right direction where I needed to go. They apologize when I told him the prices were too high.
