Multiple times I’ve had packages (some even priority express) arrive in Bozeman and still take 2-3 days to make it into my box. Considering the continually increasing cost of renting a box (over $60 for 3 months now), you should at least get your stuff on time. They said it’s due to mail accidentally being sorted into the wrong pile, but it’s incredibly frustrating and should be addressed if it’s a known issue. Not like the management actually read these reviews or care, but as a warning to anyone needing to rent a mailbox, try to avoid USPS or at least the Babcock location if possible. (I sincerely appreciate the employees who do their job right, try to be helpful and have to deal with the hoard of angry customers…surely not an easy place to work, they deserve to be recognized for their efforts)
