I called (so wasn't dealing with the overworked front office staff) and spoke with a great post person who is helping me track down a package. Honestly I wasn't expecting the service and attention he gave me. Thanks Bozeman Baxter!

Whoever delivers up river road needs to be fired. They keep bringing baby formula back to the post office instead of taking 2 minutes to drive up a driveway to drop off at the house. Baby formula is important and the driver certainly knows what it is because he writes it down on the usps sheet. FIRE THEM

Normally this post office is staffed with a lovely woman who works by herself, but today (11/12/2025) I unfortunately received sub par service from a gentleman who was the only other employee. I told him a package was being held for me for address verification and he went to look after saying barely two words to my me. Came back out to the front and said he couldn’t find it and the sender likely didn’t include the unit number. No follow up questions, no explanation of what I could expect next. So I had to ask him if the postal service had returned it to sender and he just nodded as if I was stupid. No manners whatsoever. I understand they are understaffed, and I empathize with this employee being the only one working, but I have lived here all my life and never experienced such a lack of communication and customer service skills. This is the second time I’ve had issues with packages being held or almost returned to their senders due to “address verification” issues, when in fact the address was printed completely on the package. Really, really disappointed with this service that only seems to get worse.

The genius who "re-keyed" my mailbox at the apartment I moved into did the wrong mailbox so now I still can't get my mail after waiting nearly 2 months for them to get me my key. Now I have a key to someone else's mailbox. These people are incredibly irresponsible.

This is the most unprofessional postal service imaginable. I've had four deliveries either not show up, delivered to the wrong address, or above else just try and gaslight me by saying I never brought a package in to cover up the fact they lost it. I attempted to find three packages today (10/21/25) that are claimed to be delivered and never showed up. After waiting 30 minutes in line to speak to the "only" person apparently available they informed me they had no idea what to do about it and provided me a barcode to request assistance from management. Come to find out it was just a survey asking about my experience waiting in line. For reference, I had a delivery from FedEx arrive today that had been sent to me two weeks after being sent packages through USPS. I strongly advise to avoid USPS as it has been nothing but disappointment, frustration, and incompetence every single time I am unfortunate enough to recieve mail through them.
