  Idk who is the big boss for the staples in Montana, but Alex who works in print mostly, is hands down the best employee I’ve worked with at any staples. The only reason why I shop and print there for my business I own is him. And I’m definitely in the top 1% of business for that store. This guy deserves a raise and promotion. He should be training everyone at this staples if not the entire state of Montana. If you looked up the words “Customer Service” in the dictionary, you’d see a picture of Alex right next to it.

  I came in for two very normal reasons: to use the UPS service and to purchase mailing supplies. I spent some time in the store simply because I was looking for the specific items I needed. During my visit, two younger employees working in the UPS / Amazon service area — a young female assistant accompanied by a young male employee — approached me and asked if everything was okay. The manner in which this was done felt tense and uncomfortable, as though I were being closely monitored or suspected of doing something wrong. I replied that everything was fine. Shortly afterward, the young male employee began laughing, which felt immature and unprofessional and added to the discomfort of the situation. I want to emphasize that I had done nothing inappropriate; I was simply taking time to find what I needed as a customer. The overall tone and body language made me feel judged, as if I were suspected of stealing, which was upsetting and unnecessary. In a customer service environment, especially in retail and service counters such as Staples, UPS, and Amazon, interactions should be welcoming and helpful rather than tense or judgmental. Unfortunately, this interaction made me feel genuinely uncomfortable. I noticed that an older, more senior cashier was present and helpful in the store. My intention is not to blame the entire staff, but rather to provide honest feedback about this specific interaction so that it can be addressed and avoided in the future.   I needed some documents printed. The self service printer wasn't working. It was out of staples. The guys working could not find any staple packs for the printer. Staples was out of staples😆 But, the guys working got my documents printed and helped the others in line waiting for the printer. Without attitude or negativity. Just politely and professionally did their jobs. Thank you for that.

  I had a brochure job that needed a speedy turn around and they got the job done well and in a timely manner. I am very grateful and would recommend Staples Print and Copy center based on this experience.
