  Wow. Just wow. They took advantage of my 80 year old grandfather by sending a package meant for me, an individual in Sioux Falls, SD, to a store in Virginia. The two addresses couldn't be more dissimilar, and prior to this I had hoped that a parcel service would understand that South Dakota and Virginia are across the country from each other but I am more and more disappointed with every conversation I have with this store and UPS corporate. They claim that since my 80 year old, technologically challenged grandpa hit "yes" on a pin pad that they can't even refund the postage, and all they can do is offer a discount on the next package he mails- but why would he have any reason to go back? For them to send his package to another incorrect address?? I understand we are all human and we all make mistakes but UPS will not make things right when errors happen so I will never mail anything through them ever again. Don't go here unless you want to waste your time and money.

  The UPS heights location is the best! I require frequent prints and copies for work and I love using the email ahead feature. This team works quick and is always friendly. Highly recommended! Thanks!

  Do not recommend this location there is a lady name Cassidy that works there very fake and disrespectful acts like she trying to be professional but in a condescending way started going off on my dad for taken step to close to a counter while helping another customer but still like 5 foot away he has a fake leg and was trying to adjust it and she was clearly trying to get us to react to her disrespect when she was like sorry just come back Monday but the lady has a problem they need to put a sign up or tape on floor
