That was the entire reason I chose this store in the first place. Instead, when I went to pick it up, they did not have it. That is what makes this so frustrating. I paid for a redirect service specifically to prevent not getting the package on time, and I still ended up in the exact situation I was trying to avoid. If customers are being charged for that service, there needs to be clear and accurate communication about when the package will actually be available for pickup. From a customer standpoint, it feels misleading to pay extra for a service that does not accomplish what it is supposed to. I was trying to be proactive and avoid delivery issues, not create a new one. At the very least, there should be more transparency so people know what to realistically expect before spending money on a redirect.
