  I absolutely hate UPS. They deliver my packages to the wrong address almost always, and the funniest part…. I order something and 6/10 times it gets “lost” but when it’s needed to be returned to sender because it was lost, they all of a sudden find the package and send it back to the sender like it was never lost in the first place…. So why do my packages not get delivered and why do they always get “lost”?

  I was treated so good at the UPS store! I had received some extremely important paperwork, in a very water soaked and damaged envelope two days prior. I dried the papers, copied and signed them, and went to the UPS store to send them back. The manager (?) there gave me a new envelope, but I didn’t have the correct address to send the package back. He suggested I contact the bank, and have them email another label to the UPS store, and then we would attach it to the new package, and send it off before closing. While there, the UPS Store staff was very kind and reassuring. I got my very important package off, and I appreciate the help I received from the UPS Store! They were wonderful!!

  I am CONSTANTLY visiting this location for all of my mailing and shipping needs. The owners and all the staff are always so helpful. They make sure to greet everyone as they come in and thank them for coming as they leave. They do everything in their power to help even when it's something they have no control over. THEY CARE. I will not go anywhere else in town.

  I have visited this store in the past and had a wonderful experience. The lady that helped me on 1/24 was rude, confrontational, and made it seem like she was bothered by having to wait on me. No hello, no how can I help, no thank you and as I left without a solution to my issue, she was still yelling at me as I walked out the door. Very disappointing.

  Ive been in multiple times, being helped by Mark a few times and most recently Kim. Both go above and beyond to assist you. Very easily the best customer service Ive ever received.
