- AWAngela WatsonSep 26, 20251.0The people who work at this post office are rude. The one tells me I have to pay for my Poshmark package and was arguing with me. He ended up apologizing. The other just treats you like you’re dumb if you ask a question. The lady is a tape hoarder. First I had to go cause she said only boxes. I went to get a box and asked for a piece of tape and she refuses. So I had to go to another post office the next day and brought my tape. The guy was so friendly he even told me he would give me extra tape. I will never return to the Grant Avenue post office. Rudest staff I’ve ever been around in my life.
- BWBailey WeberMar 27, 20211.0I live in a townhome where all our mailboxes are right next to each other and numerous times my mail has been either misplaced in someone else’s mailbox or just simply missing. I keep having this problem, as well as everyone else here and I’m about over it. Match the townhome number on the package to the number on the mailbox. Don’t mark it as delivered until it’s actually in the right mailbox. Please stop losing stuff lots of us wait weeks for and double check yourself. Thank you.
