- MMmicjakes16 days ago1.0Horrible. Relocated to Billings last week. Justin took my 98 dollars for a PO box then blocked it. I was not receiving mail. Complained twice to supposed "managers" who seemed highly agitated that i even said anything. Luckily today Judy from a completely different post office was working. She is the one who notified me my PO box was blocked. I plan to call the 800 number on the receipt but doubt it will do any good. Stay away. Justin should be in jail. Tampering with the US mail is a federal offense.

Not only did they NOT hold our mail, they stuffed the mailbox to bursting, which opened the mailbox and lost our mail, they misplaced whatever they couldn't force into the mail box and LOST every single one of our WEDDING PRESENTS that was mailed to us. Every.single.one. Gone. The staff? Clueless and bewildered. Recourse? None. Classic. USPS is next to useless.

Now they have changed their post marking and I send a letter to make sure it's received in time and they neglected to pick it up!! I suppose i didn't have any mail so just walk by. How are you not supposed to be late on your mailing when the mail person doesn't do their JOB!!!!!
