Not only did they NOT hold our mail, they stuffed the mailbox to bursting, which opened the mailbox and lost our mail, they misplaced whatever they couldn't force into the mail box and LOST every single one of our WEDDING PRESENTS that was mailed to us. Every.single.one. Gone. The staff? Clueless and bewildered. Recourse? None. Classic. USPS is next to useless.

Now they have changed their post marking and I send a letter to make sure it's received in time and they neglected to pick it up!! I suppose i didn't have any mail so just walk by. How are you not supposed to be late on your mailing when the mail person doesn't do their JOB!!!!!

Multiple packages have said delivered in my box and have not been. You can’t even try to call the post office because they never answer their phones! HORRIBLE! - SSShelleySep 15, 20251.0NO ONE EVER answers the phone at this place except to pick up & hang up on you. This happens every time I've called, I can't always get to the post office so I try to call sometimes. Not once has anyone ever answered the phone at this post office. This is very important that I reach them, im in a potion to where im not able to get down there to just ask an important message. All in the same day I paid for my po box on line and I got a confirmation email then later it says I canceled my po box & I never did that. The money was taken out of the account to pay it but has never been put back & i NEED to know if my box is open or not & no one will answer the phone!!!! This is ridiculous but I have found post offices these days have no idea what they are doing. Packages lost, damaged or delivered to the wrong address. They just do not know what they are doing & don't care anymore like back in the day. Just like everything these days, crappy work ethic everywhere you go.
