This happens every time I've called, I can't always get to the post office so I try to call sometimes. Not once has anyone ever answered the phone at this post office. This is very important that I reach them, im in a potion to where im not able to get down there to just ask an important message. All in the same day I paid for my po box on line and I got a confirmation email then later it says I canceled my po box & I never did that. The money was taken out of the account to pay it but has never been put back & i NEED to know if my box is open or not & no one will answer the phone!!!! This is ridiculous but I have found post offices these days have no idea what they are doing. Packages lost, damaged or delivered to the wrong address. They just do not know what they are doing & don't care anymore like back in the day. Just like everything these days, crappy work ethic everywhere you go.

But without fail every single time we are unfortunate enough to have our things shipped to us through usps they tell us there was a problem with the delivery and we don’t get our package. At this point it is just pure laziness and I’m tired of it.
