No raised voice, no foul language on my part. Just a straightforward level of frustration at continued misdeliveries. I was told by the 20-something (?) woman on the phone that , "... (she) had nothing to do with delivery and that I should speak to her nicer". Then she actually hung up on me, lol. She could have simply given me the customer service number I requested, rather than scold a woman old enough to be her grandmother. That's not how one generally speaks to a customer, I think. Will never, ever do business in that store again.

Every time I go there, every employee I deal with is courteous and helpful and just nice people. No matter what I need, what type of box, what type of label, what type of tape I forgot I’m always met with a smile and a “No problem”. For a small business owner like me that is invaluable. 10 out of 10 would recommend them for your shipping needs!
