- JLJazten LokkenOct 6, 20251.0I went in to have a package shipped down to Florida. The front desk clerk was extremely nice. However when my package arrived it was in a different box and damaged. When I contacted the store to get help filing a claim Mike answered and told me he didn’t deal with claims but his wife did and would be in later. About an hour later I got a call from Kim (the owner). Any question I had were immediately greeted with hostility and argumentative comments. She proceeded to talk down to me in a condescending manor. I 100% understand that people have bad days however this was over the course of 3 and each interaction was worse than the next. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced as this is coming from a guy who has waited 45 minutes for a fast food burger
