When I contacted the store to get help filing a claim Mike answered and told me he didn’t deal with claims but his wife did and would be in later. About an hour later I got a call from Kim (the owner). Any question I had were immediately greeted with hostility and argumentative comments. She proceeded to talk down to me in a condescending manor. I 100% understand that people have bad days however this was over the course of 3 and each interaction was worse than the next. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced as this is coming from a guy who has waited 45 minutes for a fast food burger

I ended up just leaving and taking my money somewhere else. It's really too bad, because I have been to this store before and her husband has always been very nice and professional. Great guy. The way she talked to her husband was pretty cringey, too. We'll just drive a little farther and use a different UPS store from now on. In response to you, ma'am, I know you were struggling a little and I tried to explain your question. It isn't back dating, you just change the date and initial next to it. Not super complicated, I think you were just having a bad day and taking it out on whoever was nearby. The rudeness was why we took our business elsewhere, not that you didnt understand the process. No worries! It worked out fine. Five stars to the 24th street store! They were efficient and professional and earned a new customer!
