- ASAshli SloverOct 20, 20251.0I ordered a Serta mattress 4 weeks ago. RXO came to my house to take my old mattress and they delivered the wrong mattress to me. They gave my mattress to someone else. The names of who the mattresses are to be delivered to are clearly printed on the wrapping off the mattress and on a tag attached to the mattress. The delivery guy, Carlos, expected me to be ok with taking a mattress that had been opened and put on someone else's bed. He continued to try and pressure me to accept the mattress. Communicating with Carlos was very difficult. Delivery drivers should be competent enough to read tags and deliver the proper items to customers. Now I have NO mattress and am having a terrible time getting customer service. DO BETTER RXO!!!
- APAshley PluharSep 12, 20251.0This has turned into a horrible experience between both Samsung and RXO, Samsung will be getting a terrible review separately for their customer service. We had 2 guys come to deliver and install our dryer after ordering it from Samsung online. I didn't realize that they used incorrect parts when installing our dryer until the dryer quit working. When we pulled the dryer out to look at it, the power cord was fried and a blackened screw from electrical scorch marks. They must have dropped, lost, whatever, the original screw and used a different one from the dryer in its place. This incorrect screw was not made for electric connections and was loosely threaded. This could have caused a fire in our house. They are passing complete blame off on the dryer being faulty, even though it was 100% an installation issue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. It was not my choice that they delivered and installed the dryer; Samsung hadn't hired them directly.
