I have been going around with 3 different people in the Philippines to get the delivery to my place. Each one promised me it would be delivered on each subsequent day after the conversation. But my package still sits in the facility. I tried to call facility but I can only speak to someone in the Philippines again. Very frustrated!!

- TST SAug 18, 20251.0What's wrong with this place? I showed up during normal business hours and there's a sign on the door that says they'll be back in a half hour. I waited there quite a while and still nobody came so I'm convinced that someone's just putting a sign up so that they don't even have to be there at all probably for hours. I had to go a few blocks down the way to the office Depot to drop off my package for anybody else wanting a quick alternative. If you don't have enough employees to cover if somebody leaves for a break or lunch or whatever you shouldn't even be a business. Typical of FedEx. Nothing but bad experiences all across the country. No matter where I go FedEx is awful.
