- CACarrie AnneDec 4, 20251.0I didn’t want to do this, as I’ve tried for a long time to give this post office the benefit of the doubt, but I feel I have no choice anymore. I have lived in this community for many years, and I must say I am very disappointed with the service at this post office lately. I have had constant trouble receiving my mail and packages. The delivery truck passes right by my home, yet nothing is ever brought to my door. It has become quite frustrating. What saddens me even more is how unpleasant it is to speak with the staff inside. It feels like most of the employees have no patience or kindness anymore, and it’s truly discouraging. I know many people around town feel the same way and dread having to go in there. I hope to see improvements soon, because it wasn’t always like this. An old lady should not have to struggle so much just to get her mail.
