People: find somewhere else to ship items, don’t put yourself through the stress and issues of using this location. Worst experience ever. I came in with a large, heavy picture to ship and the guy at front desk doesn’t greet me, help me (at first). He just stares at me with disdain. Reluctantly he finds me a box. I did my research beforehand. Thought this would be ok to have packaged there. He did find a box, and finally he did help with the box. Next, the total shipping amount was significant. He watched me have to transfer money from one account to another, then told me that wasn’t the total. It took me four transfers of money before he told me the total. No apologies. No empathy. Just this response: “well you kept walking away.” I did this right there in front of him. And might I add that I got out of the way multiple times so he could help customers who had smaller packages, so they wouldn’t have to wait on me. So I was being considerate and aware of others too. The other things that happened with register weren’t his fault, but he did have enough sense to apologize to the other customers: right infront of me. About me. The best employee you had there was the gal doing the cleaning. As I was struggling to carry out a heavy box, in a room full of full grown men she was the only one who offered to help. And the only one who had social skills. Pathetic. I would be so embarrassed to have this employee be the face of my business. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had when it comes to shipping. Finally, I just gave up. Paid for the box. Left. I was very nice and polite to him because I didn’t know if he was new, nervous, or what. It akes a lot to get me mad, or care enough to leave a review. Either he’s just there for a paycheck and to do the bare minimum, or he wasn’t trained properly. You should care about your business enough to not be ok with him doing your customer service.

I’ve had repeated issues with FedEx deliveries in both Bozeman and Belgrade, and it’s beyond frustrating. I do not live in a business. Yet every time something important is shipped to me via FedEx, I receive a “Delivery exception – Business closed – No delivery attempt” notification. My address is residential and clearly listed as such. There is no attempt made, no door tag left, no knock, nothing. Just an update in the system claiming a “business” was closed. To make matters worse, I paid for two-day shipping for a reason. When I choose expedited shipping, it’s because the item is time-sensitive. Delays caused by inaccurate delivery exceptions completely defeat the purpose of paying extra. If FedEx is going to charge premium rates for faster service, they need to actually attempt delivery. I hold up my end of the bargain by providing a correct address and being available. I don’t understand why FedEx can’t hold up theirs by properly attempting delivery and accurately classifying residential addresses. Very disappointing experience. If you have another carrier option in the Bozeman or Belgrade area, I would seriously consider using it.

Terra was great! My mother is disabled and forgot her disability card for her rental car when she went on vacation. Terra was awesome and made sure it shipped overnight. It was a great experience.

Just as other reviews describe, for reasons unknown most of my FedEx packages are held, I see the FedEx truck on my street but they don’t deliver it, and tracking number online says out for delivery for several days, I have to manually select pick up to actually get my packages. FYI this has happened multiple times, and no I don’t live in a difficult street or rural area.
