- JMJennifer MorrellNov 14, 20251.0It's been over a year now that mail delivery and service, in the River Rock area, has been inconsistent to nonexistent on certain routes. The reason, no carriers, is becoming more of an excuse. And apparently the new carriers they do get don't know what they're doing! I haven't received mail in over a week so I went to the post office to retrieve it. My roommate is moving out shortly and put in a request for her mail to be forwarded. Well, the carrier ignored the fact that two individuals reside here and decided to just forward all the mail, regardless of the name on the forwarding request. So the manager said, "we don't have your mail. It will go to Billings, your name won't be recognized at the forwarded address and eventually it will get back to Belgrade." The impression I got from her was like "oh well". I said, I'm here to help, what can I do to help YOU get MY mail to me on a consistent basis. She said, "nothing. There's nothing you can do." So, if you've had similar situations just take a deep breath and remember there's worse things in life than the incompetence of the Belgrade Post Office.

Inconvenienced by every person that walks into the building, unfriendly, and overly aggressive when speaking to you. Avoid at all cost.
