- DHDane HuzarskiNov 11, 20251.0I walked into this UPS Store today to mail a package. The store was empty except for the three employees behind the counter. I placed my 10"x10"x8" box on the scale, leaving the top open as they typically ask what’s inside before sending. The first thing the employee told me was that I would have to buy a roll of packing tape to close up my box. I was genuinely surprised and asked politely if a shipping business couldn’t simply put a 12-inch piece of tape on my box. Her response was, “Nothing is free,” to which I replied, “Good customer service is.” At that point, I took my box and left immediately. I will not be returning to this location. It’s disappointing to see a business that handles shipping daily unwilling to extend even the smallest courtesy to a customer ready to pay for their services.

Then they did agree to do it but then turns out they don’t offer a witness if your document requires one. Came back 2 days later at 8:05 am with my witness and they told me they can’t do notarizations until 10 am (store policy) because it takes to long and don’t have enough staff on hand. At this time we were the only people in the store… completely ridiculous. The guy working behind the counter was the notary….
