After my package was delayed and held numerous times my family was given a paper stating I had to come sign for my package and when I rushed over the clerk decided it would be cute to close up before business hours end. my package isn't essential but delivering mail on time and with minimal complications is. People order important goods through the postal services all the time and it,s a huge inconvenience to find out that after wasting time and gas to reach your mail that the clerk decided to close up before the posted business hours. this isn't a retail store where people don't necessarily need clothes. People both want and need their mail.
