My delivery address was changed without my knowledge by ups and they refused to help me other than giving me an 800 number that only let's me talk to an automated recording! I am absolutely furious with this company and never have this problem with FedEx. I asked if they could hold my package at the warehouse and I would come pick it up and they said the warehouse did not have a number to call! How would I even know if my package was there!? I'm supposed to drive an hour to the warehouse and pray it's there?? Absolutely terrible service!
