- TTTroy TAug 29, 20251.0I have lived all over the country and this may be the worst post office I’ve ever seen. They constantly lose packages or deliver my packages to the wrong address. I also constantly get packages that don’t belong to me and belong to my neighbors, which I then deliver. I have had packages that said they were being held at the post office per my request which I never requested. My front door camera shows a postal worker delivering a package and then returning minutes later to retrieve it and deliver it to my neighbors.

Went to buy a bubble mailer with a price tag of 1.29 only for them to charge 2.99 for it and tell me the price must be wrong but they can't change it cause it's set by the government.
- MHMichael HartDec 30, 20241.0This post office is awful. The fella working behind the counter is no different. He shouldn't be working there. They don't deserve one star. Mailed off Christmas packages last week. They're supposed to be be at the place we mailed them too days ago and only one made it. The other hasn't. It cost 135.67 to Mail the packages. Plus our insurance on the packages. The man put the wrong address on one of the packages and he saying how'd that happen ? I don't know. You did it. Why wouldn't he send it to the address we put in that package ? He saw for himself it was sent to the wrong address due to their neglect to correct this on their end. They knew this. Now there saying there is nothing they can do. So the United States postal service can just take our money and not do the job without any punishment ?

The staff is consistently rude and unhelpful, and they seem completely indifferent to customer service. The wait times are ridiculous, with lines often out the door, and it feels like they make no effort to speed things up or improve the process. I’ve also had multiple packages lost or delayed without any explanation. If you have any other option, I highly recommend using a different post office. This place is the worst!
