- TTTroy TAug 29, 20251.0I have lived all over the country and this may be the worst post office I’ve ever seen. They constantly lose packages or deliver my packages to the wrong address. I also constantly get packages that don’t belong to me and belong to my neighbors, which I then deliver. I have had packages that said they were being held at the post office per my request which I never requested. My front door camera shows a postal worker delivering a package and then returning minutes later to retrieve it and deliver it to my neighbors.
- PBPaul BaudrySep 27, 20211.0Linda M. Is right. Since John Bellman retired the service and convenience of the Vancleave Post Office has dwindled to the lowest possible scale. We use to get packages delivered to our house if they did not fit in the mailbox. They are now saying our driveway is too long. For the last 15 years they delivered packages to our door and now all of a sudden they stop. I went in the post office to talk to them about this and there was no discussing it... they said our driveway was too long. The person's demeanor was somewhat negative to me and what I said didn't make a difference at all. I hope they get a new post office manager soon as they are not willing to help or meet me half way with my problem.
- TMtrey MortonAug 3, 20181.0my personal expierence with this place was horrible. i had a notice left on my door for a package that didn’t even require someone to be home to be dropped off. the article number was written where it was impossible to read. i call the post office and the lines were busy as always and i try the 800 number and they have me on hold for 53 minutes before the agent hangs up on me. terrible service. we are always getting mail that doesn’t belong to us and we rarely get the mail that belongs to us. this location has some work to do
