Horrific service! Carrier leaves packages in random locations. On top of vehicles, garbage cans, flower beds, even out in the rain. I actually posted a big sign that asked politely that packages be left only on the front porch. Did no good. Routinely get messages that packages were undeliverable. No reason why. Go to Thomas Street to pick up and counter lady admits that the carrier in question has a huge pile of ”undeliverable” stuff and tells me that she recognizes the problem and assures me that she will advise management. Does no good. Got the same problem all over now. Maybe sending a message to the Postmaster General might help. Nothing else does.

I went to the post office in tupelo on Thomas Street after hours on a Saturday to charge my phone in the lobby. Im current homeless I didn't have no other place to charge my phone I'm new to the area. I didn't think it would be a problem since its a public business. I went back to get my phone an hour later an employee took my phone I asked for it one of the employees said it was going off that was a lie, cause it was dead as I was walking out the door to leave heard her talking bad about me. People always give other people a hard time.
