I went to the post office in tupelo on Thomas Street after hours on a Saturday to charge my phone in the lobby. Im current homeless I didn't have no other place to charge my phone I'm new to the area. I didn't think it would be a problem since its a public business. I went back to get my phone an hour later an employee took my phone I asked for it one of the employees said it was going off that was a lie, cause it was dead as I was walking out the door to leave heard her talking bad about me. People always give other people a hard time.

I have frequently had to drive over 20 miles (one way) from my house to the post office to pick up packages when the carrier says they were “undeliverable.” I am an elderly retired person and am always at home. I have a security camera that shows that there were no delivery attempts made on the dates and times the carrier says they tried to deliver them!! I really think they just make it up so they don’t have to drive out in the county to deliver them.

For some reason she won't leave the packages on my doorstep even after asking her to personally and explaining to her we don't have transport to post office any other delivery service is fine by leaving it at the door. She didn't even attempt to knock on the door, there was an adult in the house all day. I also had to write a note in my box explaining that the mail box is only for the house number labeled on the box not the rest of the streets mail.

The delivery lady rang my doorbell, I'm located in the back room so it took me 2 seconds to get to the door. I literally see her still in my driveway and she's just standing there filling something out. I open the door to see if my package was left on the door she doesn't say anything to about needing to sign anything from my package. She then leaves and once I put my shoes on to check and see if my package was left on my door these nothing there. I had no clue that I needed to sign anything to receive my package but not only did she see me and not attempt to let me sign for my package but I have reason to believe that she had already put the "Sorry we missed you" sheet in my mailbox without actually giving me my package. This place seriously either needs to train these workers better or get new ones because that's absolutely ridiculous.
