- KNKenny NamathSep 16, 20251.0This is the worst post office in town. Just terrible. Employees are rude about everything. Ask a simple yes or no question and they laugh at you. I've shipped hundreds of packages through other post offices and on the rare occasion I have to use this location, it's always a nightmare. Zero out of 5 stars.
- GRGeorge RobinettMar 6, 20251.0I have had several ebay sales in the past 4 years get lost. Recently i dropped off 2 packages. One package was delivered the other lost. Tracking says it was accepted at Tupelo West Main location but no tracking info after that. Employee said it must be stuck in Memphis location for some reason. So, one package is stuck in Memphis and the other package is delivered. Why is mail getting lost in Memphis? This cost me money. I guess I'll just have to start using UPS or FEDEX. Their prices are comparable to USPS Ground Advantage.
