I don’t need you getting smart cause I WILL TOO. She hung up on me, and wasn’t much help at all. The least she could have done, was assist me or told me where to get help at. How you a manager with UPS and don’t know the system?. I asked for her name and she stated I don’t need her name and then laughed and said it’s KAREN. Update: I was told that my fiancé could not get my package for me but this states otherwise. I paid 16.99 just for my package to be delievered cause I did want to deal with negative attitude manager.
