Left checked on my app, and it showed label created but waiting on package. So I returned to check, not only did she not scan it but she gave me another’s customers receipt. The day I dropped the package off, that girl was about to go eat with her manager, another employee said that the guy was her uncle. My package was unaccounted for and FedEx declined my claim. So they simply stole $219 just like that. Went I went to the store another lady had the same issue only she was out $5 and fifty plus dollars.
