They apologized stayed calm, helped everyone as quickly as they could, and made the whole experience way better than I expected. Really appreciate how patient and timely they were even with all that going on.

Said I needed to get a price to ship the item, the girl glanced down at what I was shipping and said, “I need a zip code, weight, and package W-L-H measurements.” So, obviously not in the mood to be of any assistance. I grabbed my item and told her I guess I wouldn’t be shipping anything. Off to USPS or FedEx.

Even after asking twice to please just take my one small package she reused. Have been several other times during open hours to find door locked. Having to make second trips is not acceptable
