I have at least 6 packages that have not been delivered because "the carrier cannot access the driveway" even with my bolded instructions to leave in the mailbox or at my gate.. the same place every other delivery service has no issue finding. Im not sure if its just laziness or they simply dont care. I typically do not complain and I especially understand delays around the holidays but this has happened so many times (not around the holidays included) that I am starting to really get frustrated. Its also a pain trying to get in touch with someone that can help me and their response is usually "sorry but there is nothing I can do".
