  I visited the Southaven, UPS Store on Jan. 9, 2026 and had the pleasure of being assisted by Bernadette Malone, Customer Service Rep. From the onset, Ms. Malone presented with a smile and an upbeat/positive attitude. She answered all questions with complete knowledge and anticipated my needs during the exchange. It was apparent that Ms. Malone was comfortable in her duties and she really knows how to get those lines down and fast!!! Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I look forward to hopefully working with Ms. Malone again in the near future.

She was knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to clearly explain my shipping or service options.My service was completed accurately and in a timely manner. Overall, I felt valued as a customer and was satisfied with my experience.

  I want to give a huge shout-out to Ms. Bernadette for providing absolutely outstanding service at the Southaven store. I’ve been going to this location for over three years now, when I’ve moved back to the area and have never gotten the service that I received today. Ms. Bernadette went above and beyond to help ship my packages and kept a beautiful smile on her face the entire time. This visit was extremely amazing from start to finish. Not only was she knowledgeable and professional, but she was also very friendly. Bernadette’s professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly stood out. Employees like her make a huge difference. Thank you so much Ms. Bernadette, for be very supportive, kind and extremely professional!!

  Millie at The UPS Store provided absolutely outstanding service. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure my items were packed correctly, and handled the entire process with professionalism and care. It’s rare to find someone who truly goes above and beyond, but Millie did exactly that. Her attention to detail, positive attitude, and genuine willingness to help made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Because of her excellent service, I will definitely continue using this UPS Store and recommend it to others.

  My last five visits, I have received IMPECCABLE SERVICE from a second to none TEAM! On Christmas Eve, I made three visits with returns and experienced nothing but unwavering GENUINE Customer Service at its' BEST from three different agents! The manager, Mrs. Millie, provided additional support to her team by assisting the customers at the KIOSK due to the line ending at the front door, WHEW! I observed while waiting in line the patience the agents provided to the elderly as well as those who appeared not as familiar with shipping! My DEEPEST GRATITUDE for such a FORCE to be reckoned with: Mrs. Millie, Stephen, Carol, Tavarius, Nicole, and Macy!!!
