In front of the person he made a racist comment, I have dyslexia and it takes me a few minutes to understand the employee, and the lady in front of all the people humiliated me and said: "you can see that she doesn't speak Spanish" by my appearance I judge myself for being Latina, how can you say that I don't speak English because of being Latina because of my appearance. It's very sad because he had an ugly and racist attitude, in front of everyone he humiliated me by saying a comment, I left upset and embarrassed. How can you allow your employees to be like this? I see that it is not the first time that they complain about the lady complaining about racism. I don't know the lady's name but she's has black hair and has a braid with long hair, she's plump.

What could have been my usual five-star experience and rating for this location turned into a one-star visit. That’s really unfortunate because I always go there and have never had any issues. :(
