All because of the positive atmosphere that these lovely woman at this location created. They fill the whole store with great energy that you can feel as soon as you walk in. I don’t usually do reviews but it felt great seeing a whole store of employees working together actually looking happy to be there. Seeing the positivity of this store speaks volumes of the culture that UPS and these women have created.

In front of the person he made a racist comment, I have dyslexia and it takes me a few minutes to understand the employee, and the lady in front of all the people humiliated me and said: "you can see that she doesn't speak Spanish" by my appearance I judge myself for being Latina, how can you say that I don't speak English because of being Latina because of my appearance. It's very sad because he had an ugly and racist attitude, in front of everyone he humiliated me by saying a comment, I left upset and embarrassed. How can you allow your employees to be like this? I see that it is not the first time that they complain about the lady complaining about racism. I don't know the lady's name but she's has black hair and has a braid with long hair, she's plump.
