This is by far the best post office I have been to. Extremely polite and helpful. Any time I have had a question or issue, they have been quick to assist and correct. Thank you Saucier Post Office for all you do!

Definitely the worst Post office I’ve ever experienced in the nine years I’ve lived at this address. They have refused to deliver my mail that contained cookies at Christmas time. by the time I got them they had gone bad. My outgoing mail has sat in the mailbox for days and nobody has picked it up. It was not a holiday. They were regular business days and most recently the mail carrier left a note in my mailbox stating that I was a new resident and to fill out the form. I have attached the picture and she yelled at me through a note in the mail telling me to stop sending my mail back. Not once have I ever sent my mail back in the nine years that I have lived here. I’ve had to waste my gas on several occasions to go up and collect my own mail during thunderstorms and without AC. I realize on the note I spelt resident wrong. I was busy and in a hurry at the time. They clearly need new management and new postal workers. I even tried calling before I went up there and it wasn’t even a local number they had on their listing. I could not get through to anybody with the automated system they have in place. So I was forced to have to drive up there to retrieve any of my mail that was held by the mail carrier. With no AC in my vehicle and the temperatures in the triple digits this has definitely not been a pleasant experience. One of many and I’m sure many more to come.

Truly the worst mail carriers we’ve ever dealt with. I was sitting in my vehicle at 7pm, tonight and watched the mail carrier stuff the box so full of pkgs, it wouldn’t close. Then, she gets out and brings 2 larger pkgs to UNIT B (we live in a duplex, we are UNIT A, both houses are clearly marked with 6” letters next to the door). I wait in the vehicle until she leaves and the neighbors come out to get the pkgs. They belonged to us. Clearly stated UNIT A on the label. This seems to be a never ending issue. We’ve been to the post office countless times to complain the last couple of years. Why is it so difficult to slow down and do the job properly? I was a carrier years ago (we delivered Amazon, then, too) and I know what it entails. It’s not that difficult to do it right and we’ve done our part by ensuring the house is clearly marked with large numbers and letters on each unit.

Well when people send packages they never leave them 11 months out of the year, you get a piece of paper and go pick it up at the post office. But the one month out of the year when they need to do that oh no the drop it in your driveway bye the road and it gets stolen. Wake up December is not the time to do that, unfortunately ours was taken and y’all made sure it was a dark Christmas for the Kids and Grandparents.
