- BABrian AllenNov 5, 20251.0Worst Post office ever. 4 years of horrible service. Packages left everywhere but a logical place (pickup truck bed, hood of truck, trunk of car, middle of the driveway, and even sticking 2 feet out of the mailbox) and when left on porch they are tossed from a distance. If the carrier doesn't want to deliver a package they just mark it as some inaccurate reason. Such as a cooler being marked as undeliverable because the mailbox is full. How ridiculous. Dont bother complaining to the local Post Master. She retaliates by suspending your service using dishonest reasons. If you try to escalate the issue throough consumer affairs you get ignored. Unfortunately, as USPS employees there are no consequences to substandard, harassing, and retaliatory actions.

- ZLZachary LambertMar 10, 20251.0If I could give 0 stars I would. My packages are constantly going missing. I still haven’t received my latest package that has been in Sardis since 03/04/25. We have cards with money never make it, packages never show up, packages show up late. We have had people throw our packages out their window, put it in someone’s else mailbox, someone else’s house.. and I have filled complaints, sent emails, phone calls, no help. Nothing. I’m not saying every single time it is their fault.. but I’ve barely lived in Sardis for over a year. I have NEVER dealt with delivery service worse than here.
