I'd give it zero stars if I could. Never delivers on time. Continues to say tried to deliver, which is not true and sometimes never gets delivered at all. Now this happens for the 4th time and now says it was lost or damaged. No it was stolen. What do you do if first you cant trust regular drivers or people in general from stealing your packages, now you cant trust your own post office employees. This happend in Memphis too. My family and I was never getting our mail because in Plantersville it has to circulate through Memphis for some reason and I received a letter in the mail one day stating The USPS employee was stealing mail and has been terminated and after their investigation they will be mailing back the mail within 6 months. I only received a few old letters, bills, I never received any check cards, attorney papers or important mail, ever. There needs to be accountability and maybe a stricter hiring process, I mean something. And Saltillo isnt the only ones.

Great experience with all personnel and rural carriers perform exceptionally well. Very grateful for their service in delivering parcels to containers on private property instead of slapping a Pick Up notice on small mailboxes. Thank you everyone!
