- LLlove_donnaSep 17, 20251.0If I could give -0 to this location and to the supervisor and the postmaster I will. The worst experience with them. I got my package said delivered in my mailbox, checked the same day and it’s not there. They keep saying it’s stolen when it’s never delivered. I requested to know who was the delivery person they won’t tell me and said there’s no way they can tell. Requested for the gps coordination to find out if it’s really scanned in my mailbox location but they won’t do it. They won’t do anything to help you. They just keep saying it’s stolen and move on! The worst customer service!!

- EMErin MottJun 6, 20251.0I incessantly watch the tracking on my packages, like a hawk and for some reason, the drivers NEVER deliver my packages when they’re supposed to be “out for delivery”. I consistently get messages that they’ve marked my package as “could not be delivered due to animal interference.” When there’s no animals in the area or “access was blocked.” When there’s no cars in my driveway. I don’t even get a proper “sorry we missed ya” note. Oh but they’re able to deliver other kinds of mail, like bills and ads, just can’t deliver packages. It’s always the important packages too, either time sensitive or just that I’m eager to receive them. If I could, I would just walk right up to them and ask, but I can’t and It’s infuriating!
