- ATangela travisJan 23, 20265.0It’s rare to find the level of care,compassion and customer service that I received at the UPS store in Ridgeland MS yesterday. Jaylin was excellent I had the wrong type of label and he worked with me and my mom both of us are not tech savvy. We were able to Facetime on my phone then he gained remote access and was able to walk her thru the steps to be able to create a new label and get the refund sent as requested and the return completed. Thank you Jaylin you went above and beyond and it’s appreciated. Jason was helpful as well they run the store effectively and efficiently. I will be returning whenever I’m in the area and need to utilize a UPS service.

Was not allowed to ask questions, or even offered the slightest bit of help. Basically told that since I didn't have my return label ready and on my package that I could leave. Wasn't even allowed to pay for them to print it. Isn't that part of the point for such locations? Anyone thinking about using this location should skip the hood experience and run on down to Madison!

I asked him was there anything else I need to do, and he asked me why I was worried about it, then threw the phone on the counter behind him. It's been months and tracking number is showing the phone never left facility.

He didn’t care about his job at all and thinks it’s funny!!!! OWNER VIEW CAMERA. And bragged about he is not in a hurry and start laughing. Get rid of him!!!!
