  Location: UPS Store 1060 E County Line Rd, Ste 3 Ridgeland, MS 39157 I have been a regular customer at this UPS Store and ship frequently, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The employee working at the counter had a very bad attitude and provided poor customer service. When I tried to use the tape at the counter to tape my boxes, he abruptly snatched it from me and said in a rude and aggressive tone that I was not allowed to use it and that I had to purchase one instead. The way he handled the situation was unnecessary, unfriendly, and disrespectful. What made this even worse is that during the same visit, I witnessed this employee speaking in a very disrespectful manner to a Latino woman who barely spoke English. His tone and behavior toward her were uncomfortable to watch and completely unprofessional. This was the second negative interaction I observed during one visit, which clearly shows this is not an isolated incident.   The worst UPS store I have been to! The older man with glasses and beard was terrible with communicating. He was rude and unwelcoming for absolutely no reason! He needs be in the back instead of the other two guys who were friendly. Also, he double charged me. Poor service, it made me livid. I went to the other location and had 0 issues. I didn't get charged that much either. I think y'all need to find another manager because he is not good with people according to the comments and my own personal experience. The reviews regarding this rude employee are true.

  Chris, the manager, went over and beyond for me. He didn’t have to tell me where or what kind of paper I needed to create labels that they could make copies of but he did! His expertise made all the difference in how professional my product labels look. I commend the staff and the manager at THE COUNTYLINE Location who provide superior customer service even when they are tired!

  I have been a customer of the Countyline UPS for 8 years and they have never failed to be professional, courteous, efficient, and accommodating. The staff there is the ONLY reason why I will only go to that UPS location to do business although it’s NOT the closet one to my home! The current manager has been there since I became a customer and he’s always been the absolute best! Thank you -

  Sunday. I am writing this review right now at 2:49. I arrived at the UPS store 15 minutes prior to closing. There was another lady sitting in her car with packages to drop off and someone else had already dropped off a box and left it outside of the store, shown in the photos. The place is closed. If you are going to close at 2:30 then change the signage so customers won’t drive over here thinking they can do a Sunday drop off.
