I commend the staff and the manager at THE COUNTYLINE Location who provide superior customer service even when they are tired!

The staff there is the ONLY reason why I will only go to that UPS location to do business although it’s NOT the closet one to my home! There was another lady sitting in her car with packages to drop off and someone else had already dropped off a box and left it outside of the store, shown in the photos. The place is closed. If you are going to close at 2:30 then change the signage so customers won’t drive over here thinking they can do a Sunday drop off.

This was a business delivery. This jeopardizes my professional reputation. I expected better service from UPS, especially during the government shutdown. So disappointed in such an expensive service.
