- AJA JSep 1, 20231.0Please explain why no regular carrier service in the City of Raymond so you are forced to pay for a post office box? People have mail carriers in surrounding communities and the service is provided free. Unless of course the cost of a stamp. But these people are not billed for carrier service. So why doesn't the City of Raymond not have daily mail carriers? Why have the people of Raymond that live inside the city limits had to pay for Post office Boxes for over 30 years? Why does the Post Master say no one in Raymond qualifies for the free group E - Po Boxes yet he can NOT quote or provide you with the qualifications?
