- ACAunjanea ColeFeb 20, 20265.0Our driveway is pretty rough — steep and prone to washing out with even a little rain — so I had a package that couldn’t be delivered and couldn’t be left at the mailbox because it required a signature (that part was on me, I didn’t realize 😅). Unfortunately, it happened to be my 15-year wedding anniversary gift — a custom bridal set — so to say I was anxious to track it down would be an understatement. I reached out to the Raleigh office and spoke with a wonderful lady named Kathy, who was incredibly kind and answered all my questions. When I came in to pick up my new prize possession, I believe the woman who helped me was named Cassie — she was just as lovely in person. I also received a call this morning from another staff member (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name!) who took the time to follow up with me and to explain the reason for the delay, and she was equally warm and helpful. I also want to give a special shout-out to our mail carrier, who somehow manages this driveway when even the larger trucks struggle. This package meant a lot to me personally, and everyone I interacted with treated the situation with such kindness and care even though they had no idea of the significance of my parcel. You all truly made my day much more sparkly💍✨️

- ZJZane JarvisFeb 25, 20203.0This is a more general comment towards USPS. I do a lot of shipping through eBay and I always print off my own shipping labels. With that being said when I bring my shipment to the post office I don’t always have tape to put on my shipping label. 75% of the time I do have tape though. USPS always is never helpful with taping postage onto my packages. They always try to make me buy shipping tape when they have it sitting right next to them. I can easily give my business to Fed Ex. I realize it’s policy to only give supplies for Priority Mail but a little help would be nice every once in a while.
