- UUUrnotcrazyheisFeb 5, 20261.0If there was an option to give ZERO I would definitely use it. Incompetence. Hand mailed a bill on 1/9 to be recieved before 1/15 to the water company in Picayune. The water company stated that they recieved the payment on 1/30. How in the world is that possible?! Because of their lack of carelessness, it caused us a late fee. Even sadly, the water company doesn't go by the postmark & they penalized the customer for the post office lack of care. Both systems are truly faulty. It's beyond sad.

I truly wish the City Officials would get us a real post office. Not just for the customers happiness but also in order for the USPS Of Poplarville to have better arrangements for the delivery drivers.
