- PGPatriece GiddensSep 28, 20251.0They are terrible!!! I signed to have my packages left at the facility and they will still bring them to my home. Someone even found some of my mail on the ground. I wish I knew who I could file a complaint with.

Mail carriers have been caught stealing packages multiple times and inspectors are beginning investigation next week. I also have phone recordings for investigation of them being rude and hanging up on me when asking them questions about packages not received. By all means, do not use this facility. Everyone will be reading about this in newspapers and seeing on news very soon. Theft investigators are taking over next week also with lawyers. Federal offenses and theft been going on for over 2 years now. Glad I have them losing jobs ASAP plus possible prison time

I've made multiple trips up there for packages, they can't seem to find, that has been there for days because they refuse to try and deliver it, only for said package to magically show up on my fourth,fifth, etc visit.
