I could not speak to an actual person to help me, and the Ai that answered was not helpful at all and would not transfer me over even after my repeated request to talk to an employee.

the front desk lady, rose or whatever her name is, is very rude. i went in there twice in two days to get my mothers christmas present my sister from colorado sent and she had a nasty attitude. they had the package the whole time but since she didn’t have a p.o. box i guess that means just send it right back? NO it is christmas time you don’t just do that with peoples packages. the second time i went (today) it was the same issue. nasty looks. nasty attitude. no customer service what so EVER!! she didn’t tell me bye have a good day she just left me standing there and started helping the next person. the other post office on the other side of town is way better!! way more friendly. they even said themselves that this woman is not friendly. even the ups guy!! she isn’t just a problem to me she is a problem to other people. even a customer that was standing in line chimed in and said she has a nasty attitude. yall need to get better and friendlier workers. i have never in my life been treated like that. not even at the dmv. HAVE SOME CHRISTMAS SPIRIT!!!

I was told buy the postal worker at this location, my son who is in the military may have to pay over $200 to receive his Christmas package!! I later discovered this is not true they do not charge military members to receive packages. They also wanted to charge me over $100 just to send him his package!! I researched this on the postal website as well and they have flat rate shipping for packages being delivered to service members as well as free Packaging. Make sure you check with the Postal Service website before you ship anything with this post office because they will not give you any information and will try to overcharge you

I setup a po box over there. It was a nightmare. They cost me $50 between turning my mail back for no reason more than likely from them being lazy. I got my Christmas card OPENED!! Someone had messed with it. Do yourself a favor don't mess with this post office go elsewhere! $90 for six months of po box for a small one. Kept it less than a month only got $48 back ridiculous the only reason I moved was because of their complete incompetence. Stay far far away unless you like to lose money and time.
