HORRID SERVICE! My poor elderly parents put in a temp change of address to come home for the holidays, and the lady who my mother did the paper work with RIGHT IN FRONT OF told her it was great and it would be put in then and there. That wasn't true. So all of her Christmas gifts, mail and most importantly VITAL medications for my father... remained going to Mississippi while theyre in Kansas! My cousin in Mississippi went in person to try and solve the issue, with my mom on the phone. The postmaster was HORRIDLY rude to my mom and kicked my cousin out for ZERO reason except "not wanting to deal with it." Thats LITERALLY YOUR JOB! He has since been reported to every avenue available! To treat people like this, especially elderly and over the holidays, when they didn't swear nor yell nor anything else, but were simply trying to get their mail and important medications, as a representative of the US Postal service, when thats LITERALLY your job... is DISGUSTING! They need to find a postmaster who wants to help people when it's THEIR OFFICE'S FAULT in the first place!!!!!

No one there will help you anymore. Tried to cut off a package, they Located the package but wouldn’t take it off the truck. Mrs linda would have never let that slide. Zero help there what so ever.

I rely on them for shipping my items. The staff and employees are very helpful and very nice. However, they want up to wrap your items in such a way that they will not get damaged being dropped from a helicopter. I cannot express my anger right now. I have had to refund so many people on eBay because USPS mishandles, drops, kicks, and throws around all your items. There has to be a better way.

The postal workers in the Petal Postal office are friendly and helpful. And like all my neighborhood mail carriers, Carolyn is down to earth and professional. My mail is never scattered, but is uniformly placed within my mailbox. Five stars to the USPS in Petal.

I just tried to call... Again. I hate to be like this, but this has to be the worst USPS in our state. The mail gets messed up so much that we are used to going next door to the neighbors to help them get their mail from our mailbox. The delivery of packages ALWAYS is a problem for them. IF it is delivered, there's a problem with it. I had a box delivered of shoes and it was wide open with one shoe missing.... like, just what?! Usually it isn't delivered, because there are dogs outside. (I CAN'T HELP THAT THERE ARE LITERALLY STRAY DOGS OUTSIDE!) It's like they're intentionally doing the worst job that they can. It seems pretty straightforward, and FedEx and Amazon usually are so quick and easy that it's ridiculous in comparison. What in the world is going on over there? I can't share the picture I have of my address on here, but I have a screenshot of a delivered notification. It shows my address... and then it shows that it was delivered somewhere in Delray Beach, Florida. 🤔 make it make sense. I'm just sick and tired. I have wasted so much time going to try and find my packages. I simply do not understand. I am just venting, I know this probably won't make any difference. But this is the last thing I could do to let my frustration be known.
