- JHJason HollimanSep 24, 20251.0I rely on them for shipping my items. The staff and employees are very helpful and very nice. However, they want up to wrap your items in such a way that they will not get damaged being dropped from a helicopter. I cannot express my anger right now. I have had to refund so many people on eBay because USPS mishandles, drops, kicks, and throws around all your items. There has to be a better way.

- TAtrusty axeAug 14, 20251.0It's not necessarily this particular post office, though they did deliver my package to my hateful neighbors who opened it, tore up some of the contents and was full of roaches by being in their home for 2 days. Now I'm waiting on a package that should have been here Monday, but it's been sitting in Springfield, MA for 4 days. Also had a package that got stuck in some weird loop from Florida to Mobile, AL to Jackson, MS, then straight through Petal/Hattiesburg (where it SHOULD have stopped) down to the Coast, then back to Mobile, AL. It made that circle 3-4 times before I had to go to the post office to see what was happening. They also are so guilty of their complete failure as a business that they won't answer the phone at the local post office...you have to call the main office and you NEVER get a person who knows what's going on. I will not buy another item that ships through this joke of a company. I'm done...
- AGAlbert GDec 30, 20191.0Worst customer service. Requested several texts for updates on pick up for my package. Did not receive one notification that my package was ready for pickup. They went ahead and returned the package back to the seller. What's the point of requesting notifications just to NOT be notified? No text or email. Worst part is, you want to ask the front desk a question and they are rude & unprofessional. Sad when I've received better service from 16 year olds working at McDonalds and the older lady working at this place lacks it all.
