- THTamiaya HendersonJun 26, 20251.0If I could give 0 stars I would. This post office needs to do better. They always loosing packages. Never have our packages. Can’t never tell us when and where it would be. A few months ago I was waiting on mail for 2 months and then waited 3 months on a mailbox key change. I’m highly disappointed but this suppose to be PEARL THOUGH. it’s ridiculous. They don’t go above and beyond. I need to come help them if they that short of help. It makes no sense people have to wait on their mail for weeks and weeks. We have stuff important coming through!!! Shake my head.

Called the main usps office and they said they DO offer holds (it’s on their website as well) and he was wrong. Need to train their RUDE employees to know what they’re talking about.

I was told my box would be replaced no later than Monday, today. The clerk basically told me packages came first. That to me is unacceptable. O cannot buy my Christmas until I can open my mail; so y'all are srewing me. As someone who has worked as a storekeeper (look or up)on an aircraft carrier I know what not leaving til the job is done means, I did not get that attitude, very disappointing
