- AGAaliyah GrossFeb 21, 20261.0I ordered 1 simple bottle of cologne that was supposed to go with my husband’s Valentine’s Day gift. It made it to pearl 2/17/2026 and it was out for delivery. I live in an apartment complex sure but I had the building number and unit number on my address, but despite giving all information it’s being returned for insufficient address. There was no attempt to reach out to clarify details or attempt to deliver again, despite my address being clear as day. I will be filing a complaint with their corporate office.

I have "informed delivery" on the usps website and there are times when the packages get "lost" in tracking for two or three days after they leave the Jackson distribution center and make it over to Pearl. I wouldn't even know who to call. Have had to open many missing mail and re-delivery cases which usually seem to be ignored. They will deliver it "when they feel like it."
- TTTeraNov 18, 20171.0Packages are NEVER delivered on time(2 day delivery guarantee with Amazon Prime). I have even had to go pick up a package that they said was too heavy(24 pounds).
