- EGEmily GreenDec 4, 20251.0I know you have seen the previous reviews. I enjoy going to the post office but when I have to deal with the certain postmaster “Dedra” it is an absolute nightmare. She seems like she hates her job she is constantly rude on one occasion even smacking my phone with it is STILL IN MY HANDS…all because I was telling her the carrier was putting packages in an unlocked parcel locker which without taking my word requested video proof… thank goodness I had it and the issue still has not been fixed, it’s been 2 months of having an unlocked parcel locker... She has no customer service skills. On the second occasion of having to speak with this lady I had my 5 year old son with me and even a 5 year old when we walked out said “mommy why is she so mean” a 5 year old….no respect. I will be filing a formal complaint. This is an unacceptable way to treat the public.
