  Girl showed up at 4 min till 8:00, clocked in came out, wouldn't help us & left! It is now 8:03 & she is not here!

  This store is always so efficient, and everyone is so nice and helpful there. Last week while I was there, Adam helped me with my return, and he could not have been any nicer.

  Not a lot of people but I don't be in there long. They are real good about trying to save you money by using certain boxes.

  I did not get the young gentleman’s name that helped me today. But I just left the store at 10:40am and the young gentleman working went above and beyond to help me. As a mom with 2 under 2, I had a lot going on. UPS this gentleman deserves a raise that was on shift at this time. Thank you so much for your help! -Claire

  Worst experience with UPS that I've ever had. I went to ship a package on a Saturday with a prepaid label that I needed them to print out, had a very friendly experience that day. That following Monday my buyer stated that upon checking her tracking the package was still stuck at "label created". I checked the package tracking and sure enough it said the same for me. I decided to check the receipt label from the UPS store and the tracking number on that did not match my prepaid label. The employee placed the wrong label on my expensive package and now won't do anything to help me. I've called and emailed and nothing. Now I'm out of an item and had to refund my buyer. Wish I could give a 0 stars! If you want your package to the right person please avoid this location!
